Project Description
In 2009 MeduProf-S was asked to carry out a Base-line study to measure the quality of the staff and write a quality improvement report about the human capacity of Fundashon Mariadal Hospital.
Through observations, interviews and study of the HR processes MeduProf-S could deliver a HR improvement plan. In the execution phase we supported the HR department with implementation of the plan and followed up with different course programs.
