MeduProf-S realised from the start of international training that most professionals have the initial knowledge gained from the training on their college or university. We start our training programs with that in mind. Our approach is to activate the existing knowledge, actualise it and transfer it to practical skills. No matter of being a cleaner, a nurse, a technician or a manager, there is need for transfer of knowledge, because only with applying the knowledge into the daily work environment will help a hospital to lift the quality.
