Description:
MeduProf-S provided technical assistance for 24 hospitals in an ORET program conducted by Simed International. The technical assistance program consisted of training in Ultrasound, X-ray, Computer Tomography and Nursing. We offered a comprehensive hospital management training for 30 hospital managers, upgraded the Nursing program, Medical Imaging program and the Bio-Medical Engineering program at Kenya Medical teaching College in Nairobi. For the 24 involved hospitals we trained the infection control committees to set up a hospital waste and infection control management program.
