Final week “Training of Trainers”conducted in Egypt

From 23 August – 27 August 2014 Erik van Roon conducted the final week “Training of trainers in nursing” in Alexandria, Egypt. The participants were responsible for creating, conducting and evaluating a teaching program every day. They were familiar with the content of the program since they participated as a co-trainer in the programs for General Nursing, A & E nursing and ICU nursing the past year.

At the end of each day the other participants provided their feedback on the performance of their colleague. After completion of the week, all participants received a certificate of competence. They are confident sharing their gained knowledge and skills to their nursing colleagues in Alexandria!
