First Training of trainers Neonatal ICU course in Tanzania kicked of

On Monday 26th of August, we started the first ToT NICU course in Tanzania as part of an Orio program. Ten nursing professionals from Tanzania went through a training program of 2 weeks to become NICU trainers. All participants passed through and were awarded with a certificate of competence. We are proud to receive messages from participants that they are already applying the knowledge and skills to teach others on their department. The participants will be invited to practically train collegues in MeduProf-S courses to gain experience and finally become teachers.
