To get admitted to our franchise program, we will do an accreditation survey, train your teachers in effective methodical teaching, and apply our professional content. We will offer:

  1. Curriculum and Content Provision
    MeduProf-S will supply the complete curriculum, training materials, and ongoing updates for the agreed course package. MeduProf-S will ensure that all courses meet CPD certification standards and are updated regularly to reflect the latest developments in the medical field.
  2. Trainer Certification and Support
    MeduProf-S will provide the Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program, with initial training and certification for local instructors, followed by annual audits and re-certification. Local trainers will be assessed for quality and performance to ensure they meet MeduProf-S’s high standards.
  3. Quality Assurance and Audits
    MeduProf-S will conduct annual audits of the training center’s operations, ensuring that all standards are maintained. Franchisees will also undergo regular quality audits (based on the EFQM model) to ensure high standards in leadership, operations, and student satisfaction.
  4. Marketing and Brand Support
    MeduProf-S will provide guidance on branding. MeduProf-S will also offer support for online marketing efforts, ensuring franchisees benefit from the global MeduProf-S presence. Local campaigns will be developed with the franchisee’s input.
  5. Technical Support
    MeduProf-S will offer technical support, including assistance with course delivery, student management systems, and any troubleshooting of educational technology. Franchisees will have access to a dedicated point of contact at MeduProf-S for ongoing operational support.
