Hospital Management Training continues…………….

Module 3 of the Hospital Management Training Program took place from 22-26 March.
This module, entitled ‘Project Management’ was conducted by Tom Komen, a MeduProf-S team member. Mr. Wilson Kaikai from the Ministry of Medical Services (MOMS) also presented a talk on Project Organisation and Project Management within MOMS.
The week included looking at the different aspects of project management and how they can be utilised in the working environment of the participants to improve productivity and time management. Tom’s extensive project management experience enabled him to give many practical examples of project management in the working environment.
One of the important points that became apparent during the week was that project management skills will give the participants more tools to address their daily organizational issues.
