Personal details
You may visit our website without informing us of who you are and without having to provide us with your personal details. It is however possible that we will ask for your details to provide information which you have requested from us. We will not store your details in our database and we will not use your data for other purposes. We furthermore declare that we will not pass on your details to third parties.
Security and quality of information
It is our intention to safeguard the quality and integrity of personal details. We have implemented technical and management procedures in order to ensure that the information is kept up-to-date, accurate and complete.
We will respond to users who ask to check, modify or remove their stored details as quickly as possible through info@meduprof-s.com

Our website contains links to other websites. MeduProf-S is not responsible for the contents of such other websites or for the protection of privacy on those websites.
Personal Data Storage
We store the data from experts interested to work for us in our own database. We only use the data for selection of experts in relevant projects. We do not share personal information to third parties and we do not accept personal data from third parties. In case we are asked to (for instance when we must deliver CV’s to proof our capability), we will first ask written approval from the expert.
The database is stored on our own servers in The Netherlands. We store the data for 10 years (we are working in long term projects) and once a year we will send a reminder to experts that they are in our database.
Data from our (past)employees are stored according to the law of the Netherlands in a closed archive.
All personal data is only accessible by the Directors team and the Human Resource Management responsible for HR-selection and staff issues.

Amendments
MeduProf-S reserves the rights to amend this Privacy Statement at any time with immediate effect and without prior notification. Amendments will be announced on the site.
