JCI training in Alexandria for Smouha and Borg Al Arab hospitals

Participants were members of the Performance Improvement Committee, chaired by dr. Hesham Saad El Deen  (third to the right).

The training this time focused on the development of an operational plan for the compliance to those JCI standards with the highest priority. In the next week of training (beginning of May) the first results of this project will be presented to the hospital’s top management.
