Financial Management in Trauma & Specialist Hospital

From 31-3 till 4-4  MeduProf-S expert Bas Denissen RA provided the course financial management to the staff of the financial administration of the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital in Winneba, Ghana. Finance is highly regulated on national level in Ghana’s healthcare system, however there were enough subjects of interest on the level of the hospital. Subjects taught were budgeting, forecasting, integrated reporting, cash management and the business balanced scorecard method. The participants presented on the last day their knowledge and learning about the business balanced scorecard and business cases to the director of the hospital. The participants rated the competence of the expert and the quality of the course very high, between very good and excellent and expert and participants enjoyed working together.
