Management training program Mnazi Mmoja Hospital, Zanzibar accomplished.

On the the 25th of August 2017 MeduProf-S finalized a training program for the managementteam of Mnazi Mmoja Hospital. With the practical approach of this training program, group assignments and games, we attacked quite some practical challenges and during the year we monitored many positive changes in the hospital. Finally it will have a positive impact on patient centricity and through a more efficient approach also on the financial status of the hospital. In the program of 7 weeks spread over 1 year, we went through all the processes necessary for the practical management of a hospital. With the experience from earlier projects in Ghana, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria MeduProf-S could also make the difference in Zanzibar.
