MeduProf-S and Fontys offered training to Romanian Education Inspectors

Within the frame of a Leonardo da Vinci mobility project. Professionals in Assuring Quality in Education, 10 Romanian secondary education inspectors from the INSPECTORATUL SCOLAR JUDETEAN IASI attended a two weeks program on Quality Assurance  from 13^th of March to 26^th of March 2011.The working visit was organised as a co-oparation between Marketing Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and MeduProf-S QA division. The target of the mobility project was: the elaboration of guidelines for the management and quality assurance in education by the participating Romanian inspectors. The final report shows that the target of the two mobility weeks has been largely met. The schedule of the program was kept perfectly and the combination of practical applications and skills training proved to be the right method. The participants have taken part very interested in the whole programme and therefore its implementation didn’t represent any problem. During the training and all of the visits all inspectors showed their interest, listened to the trainers and experts with a great deal of attention. But what is more: they vividly participated in the discussions and training situations. On the basis of the practical oriented training, the participants will be able to use their acquired knowledge in their daily task as an inspector and in the development of a new quality assurance system for the inspectorate in Romania. Special attention has been given to training in the use of the EFQM-model in educational institutes, to auditing and to the increase of “passion in education”.
