Practical Emergency Care Course conducted on Saba with accident simulation.

On Saba MeduProf-S lecturers Ruben Verlangen and Erik van Roon conducted the sixth Emergency Medical Care training module this summer.
The participants are trained on the triage system; “how to act in case of multiple victims” and how to handle in case of an accident with multiple teams.
This week an integrated practical skills exercise was organised together with the fire department of Saba. Both the fire-fighters and the nurses were satisfied with the results of their efforts. The simulated scenario was a car upside down and the driver struck in the car. All performed very well!
