Train the Trainer Course on Bonaire
From 11-15 October 2010 Marc Landa and Erik van Roon were on Bonaire to conduct a Train the Trainers Course.
The purpose was to facililtate a Train the Trainer Course in preparation for the Emergency Care Training which will be organised for the staff of Fundashon Mariadal between November 2010 and December 2012.
The content of this Train the Trainers Course focused mainly on skills related to teaching, coaching on the job, feedback and reflection. The content to be included in the Emergency Care Training, where neccesary, was also illustrated.
Their future role, as coaches / trainers, also became increasingly clear to the participants as the week progressed.
During the next two years, the participants will continue to develop taining skills.
