Training continues in Kenya with a Train the Trainers Course in Casualty Care Nursing

Erik van Roon, a specialist Casualty Care Trainer from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands, has recently completed a Train the Trainer course in Nairobi, Kenya. The course was conducted as part of the Institutional Development program in our rehabilitation project.
Erik trained 10 nurses to assist in the country wide courses which will take place from June 2010. The nurses are from Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) and five Nursing Schools at Kenya Medical Training Colleges (KMTC) throughout Kenya.
