Train the trainers Hospital Waste Management in Kenya started

From the 16-19 February, MeduProf-S held a Hospital Waste Management workshop in Kenya with 9 participants selected by the local government.
The workshop was an in depth Hospital Waste Management training course with the participants playing a very active part including designing a Hospital Waste Management Plan.
The workshop ended with a visit to Kenyatta National Hospital where the group followed the waste flow from dustbin to the incinerator.
A follow up course will take place in April; followed by a didactical workshop; after which dissemination of the program will start.
