Module 2: Hospital Management Training in Kenya

As part of the Hospital Management Training in Nairobi, Kenya; Kees Huijsmans delivered the content of Module 2: Change Management, from 25 -29 January 2010.
The module was attended by 28 participants.
The week included looking at the problems Hospital Managers in Kenya face and the challenge of change management and the resistence to change management.
The conclusion at the end of the course was that through the theoretical reflection on change management the participants have more tools to address their daily organizational issues.
